
Chair yoga is an accessible way to support and create a comfort level for any level student. It's a great beginner's yoga to learn the poses, to get stronger and better balance. It also helps lengthen and strengthen the body in ways that may not be accessible at this time. We take the practice in, and all around the chair to utilize it as the best prop for safety.
